There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Code (GvD206/2005)
In case of a booking we ask for a deposit.
For short-notice reservations, meaning within the last seven days prior to arrival, we kindly ask you to either send us your credit card details for charging or to transfer the total amount in advance.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full agreed daily rate will be charged for each unused day.
In case of cancellation within the last 15 days before departure, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged, in case of no-show the total amount will be charged.
Travel precautions:
To save you any inconvenience, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Payment:
The stated prices apply for payment in cash or by bank transfer.
Payments made by credit card are subject to an additional commission of 1.9%.
